Hi there!
Victoria here.

I owe my career to the public library. Every Saturday, my dad and I would go there. I’d borrow 5 books and return them the next weekend. By the time I was in middle school, I had explored the children and teen sections.
In my 20-year career, I’ve helped companies create and manage content. I’ve had CEOs and heads of marketing ask me, “why is content always such a mess?”
I diplomatically explain that companies often view content as a-once-and-done effort. [I mean, ever tried to find something on enterprise Sharepoint? Or seen what Confluence becomes without any governance? 🤦🏻♀️]
Luckily, I’m someone who enjoys examining, evaluating, planning, writing, revising, organizing, and governing content so it can be managed centrally and used effectively across all channels.

Wells Fargo, UX Design Manager
Victoria is responsive and quick to provide a draft starting point for discussion. She is diligent in reinforcing the formatting and design catalog and writing style while being flexible to offer suggestions to meet the need of the situation. This was demonstrated throughout the year with UX copy, messaging, and errors. She makes herself available when needed and drives to meet deliverables, being able to mark-up and present content quickly then move on to the next thing. She has been a key partner.
